To provide the widest range of pet products at competitive prices, koorkoor.co.uk operates on a dropshipping model, where some items are shipped directly from our supplier partners.
This policy explains how shipping works for all orders placed through our UK website.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed:

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it has been shipped.

Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from any of these regions.
This helps us offer unique and competitively priced pet products.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
UK Delivery (Standard):

International Delivery (if available):

Note: Delivery times may vary based on customs, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
4. Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This is because items may come from different warehouse locations.
Each package will have its own tracking number (when applicable).

6. Tracking Information

Delays outside our control (courier issues, customs, supplier delays) do not qualify for refunds of shipping fees.

Unclaimed packages
If returned to sender, we may reship after charging a new shipping fee.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but is missing:

We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
We cannot refund orders marked Delivered, unless the courier approves the claim.
